Hilton Grand Vacation Club

Hilton Grand Vacation Club

Join us as we travel to the amazing Las Vegas, Nevada Hilton Grand Vacation Club.

As many of you know, Nancy and I just returned from quite an adventure!  We thoroughly enjoyed our travels through Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.  So what made us decide to include the beautiful state of Nevada in this adventure?

Originally in planning this last adventure, we decided to spend some time in Colorado but with all adventures sometimes things change.  Prior to leaving for Colorado, we received a phone call from the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on the Boulevard.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club Timeshare Presentation

After talking with the representatives for sometime, we agreed to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for 4 days and 3 nights.  We agreed to sit in on a timeshare presentation and to provide a travel blog of their hotel.

Needless to say, we were just a little excited for this business opportunity.  Nancy was thrilled to be able to return to Las Vegas and she began planning for our next adventure, which we will be sharing about in future blogs.

We began this adventure in Colorado and then we explored the beautiful state of Utah before traveling through Arizona to Nevada.  As we traveled through Arizona to Nevada, the temperatures reached the 100 degree mark. Although, we didn’t mind because this gave us a great opportunity to take the Jeep roof off and soak in the rays.  Ah!!

Upon arriving in Nevada, we focused our travels toward Las Vegas.  As we got closer to Las Vegas, we could feel our excitement building for our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on the Boulevard.

Las Vegas, Nevada

Nancy was especially excited to see the Stratosphere in the distance and yes we did pull over to the side of the road to take a few pictures, including the Stratosphere and the thrill rides on top of the Stratosphere.  Nancy had always wanted to return to Las Vegas to ride the thrill rides during the night.  As fate may have it, her wishes did come true!!

Hilton Grand Vacation Club

Our next stop was the Hilton Grand Vacation Club.  Upon arriving, we did pull up to the front of the building and we were immediately met by the Valet Service.

Nancy and I did agree to use the Valet Service for a reasonable charge of $18 per day, however, there is plenty of parking spaces outside of the hotel for $15 per day.  We were definitely happy with the promptness and friendliness of the Valet Service Staff.

We then had a bus boy take care of our luggage and excitedly entered the hotel.  Next, we met with the friendly and knowledgable check in staff and before long we were heading to our room, just a little excited!!

Excitement Rises As We Enter Our Room

Upon walking down the hallway and stopping at our room, we immediately observed the room had a doorbell.  We thought this was a cute and professional touch by the Hilton’s.  The excitement was building and it was now time to enter our room!!

Upon entering the room, we observed a spacious bathroom area to the left with a shower and tub.  On the right was a large closet space and then the kitchen.

The kitchen included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink and refrigerator.  We later learned that the Hilton’s have provided these kitchen areas to help with the travel cost of the travelers.  A fantastic idea, I must say!!

After checking out the kitchen area, we observed the standard bed and large screen television.  We were also thrilled to see a large window, which provided a beautiful view of the Stratosphere and The Circus Circus Hotel.  We were very happy and comfortable during our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club!

The Hilton Grand Vacation Club also respects all of the residents privacy.  Shortly after arriving, we were told that the housekeepers would not be going in our room during our stay.

If additional towels and linens were needed we could simply approach and request a housekeeper to get those items or text a message to housekeeping.  We found this to be great and a welcomed respect of our privacy.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club Marketplace

The Hilton Grand Vacation Club also offers a Marketplace inside the hotel to meet all of your needs.  The Marketplace offers a Starbucks along with a large variety of store items for sale.

The Marketplace sells everything from bathroom items to beer and liquor.  They also sell many items which you can bring back to your hotel room and prepare for a nice family meal!

During our stay, we observed a gentlemen purchase an uncooked prepared pizza.  We heard him tell the Marketplace Clerk that he was going back to his room to cook the pizza.

We found the Marketplace to be a wonderful idea for the many traveling families, however, we found the Marketplace prices to be a little on the pricy side.

If you are looking to spend your hard-earned dollars wisely like Nancy and I, you could always leave the hotel to purchase food items and prepare them in your room.  Nancy and I did purchase some items at a local supermarket and bring them back to our room.

Great Amenities

We found the outdoor amenities at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club to be very nice.  After a short walk from outside the hotel and after passing through a room key controlled gate, you are in the pool area.

They hotel offers beach towels for your convenience when entering the pool area.  The pool area has a beautiful large pool and two jacuzzi areas.  They also have gas grill stations along the perimeter of the pool area for your cooking convenience.  We found this to be great for hotel guests!

We also observed an outdoor bar, which served drinks and food, as well as a large sitting area with large screen television to relax and take in your sport teams.  A wonderful way to relax if you’re a sports fan!

If you are not a sports fan and the pool and jacuzzi aren’t enough for your relaxation, the hotel does also offer a massage service in the pool area.

One evening during our stay, we did take the time to enjoy a couple of drinks from the Hilton Grand Vacation Club Bar staff.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the bar and the drinks were reasonably priced and did the trick!

Las Vegas Entertainment

The hotel staff was also extremely helpful and very knowledgable with the Las Vegas events happening on a daily basis.  Nancy and I were able to purchase tickets to the Carrot Top Show and a helicopter tour into the Grand Canyon through the hotel.  We found this to be a wonderful and easy experience.  Yes, the show and the helicopter tour were fabulous!!

Both Nancy and I found our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club to be a wonderful experience.  The hotel staff were friendly and they really seemed to take pride in their own job duties.  The amenities were fantastic as well!

If you are planning a Las Vegas trip or vacation, we would highly recommend a stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on the Boulevard!!  There is so much to see and do in Las Vegas and remember, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!” The Hilton Grand Vacation Club is a sure bet!!
