We have recently returned from our beautiful Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York adventure. I hope everyone enjoyed our travels as much as we did! One of the biggest highlights of our trip was Cedar Point, Ohio; The Roller Coaster Capital Of The World.
Cedar Point, Ohio is located on the coast of Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. This amusement park is very unique for that reason alone. However, you will soon see that the amusement park is as amazing as the Lake Erie view!
During our adventure, we decided to travel from the beautiful Crystal Rock Campground to check out Cedar Point! We were definitely glad we did!!! Nancy and I have had this amusement park on our bucket list for many years.
From the moment we saw the words Cedar Point , we knew we were in for a special treat. We started our day by having a small breakfast at the Starbucks, which was delicious. It was now time to start our day.
We started our day, by enjoying the Sky Ride. While on the Sky Ride we were able to enjoy the amusement park’s beauty from the sky. We slowly moved through the park, while taking in the amazing view of the roller coasters, amusement rides, and the Boardwalk (beach).
We then began our adventure around the park. Cedar Point has a roller coaster called Steel Vengeance. We enjoyed this 2018 new and thrilling ride! Cedar Point has successfully hit the record books with their newest roller coaster.

From pint-sized starters like Woodstock Express to the 120-mph Top Thrill Dragster – if you love roller coasters, this is the only place you need to be. Swing and sway on Iron Dragon, ricochet left and right on Maverick or dive straight down on Valravn.

We also had time for some photo opportunities around the park, which were beautifully placed around the park. We truly enjoyed seeing the visitors happy faces as they took some time to get a picture with the characters.
Cedar Point also offers the Barnyard, which offers a unique opportunity for adults and children to visit their petting zoo. The petting zoo offers llamas, camels, cows, chickens, emus, goats, mini horses, alpacas, turkeys, ducks, and much more.
During our visit, we also enjoyed an entertaining show at the Palace Theatre. Lusty Lil’s French Revue is a comedy filled with music and comedy. The shows are approximately thirty minutes long. A great place to have our lunch and enjoy the great entertainment! We certainly had a great time!!!
During our afternoon, we did take some time to explore the Cedar Point Glass Blowing Shoppe. We were thoroughly impressed with the beautiful handcrafted items for sale.

After a thrilling day in the park, we decided to enjoy the Cedar Point Boardwalk & Beach. The Boardwalk & Beach is easily located on the backside of the amusement park with free admission.
