In the past, we have enjoyed many family vacations at beautiful Salisbury Beach.  We were truly disappointed to see and photograph the 2018 New England Nor’easter.  The Nor’easter caused substantial damage along the coastline.  Salisbury Beach is well known for being a family friendly beach.  Where is Salisbury, you may ask?

Salisbury is a small coastal beach town and summer tourist destination in Essex County, Massachusetts, United States. The community is a popular summer resort beach town situated on the Atlantic Ocean, north of Boston on the New Hampshire border. It is home to the new Salisbury Beach Boardwalk, full of souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, arcades and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. (Wikipedia).

Yes, Salisbury Beach really changed since this last 2018 New England Nor’easter.  However, we know this coastline community is resilient and they will bounce back!  We are anxiously looking forward to a future Salisbury coastline visit, later this spring.

Our last thought is maybe Mother Nature is attempting to take back what was once hers, something to ponder.
