Bushkill Falls is one of the Keystone State’s most famous attractions. You will find the Bushkill Falls located in Bushkill, Pennsylvania. Here, you will find a series of eight cascading waterfalls in the wooded Pocono Mountains.

The admission tickets into Bushkill Falls, The Niagara Of Pennsylvania, can be purchased at the Trail Entrance Ticket Windows. You can visit the falls during the season dates of April 1st through October 31st. April and November are weather permitting.

Upon entering the Bushkill Falls, you will enjoy observing the great displays of the areas wildlife. You will learn more about the mighty black bear to the timid chipmunk. Here, you will find this exhibit is a great place to learn about the creatures that are an integral part of the Bushkill Falls surrounding natural environment.

Your hiking over these trails will consist of well groomed trails and bridges, which will give you some picturesque views of the waterfalls. You will also enjoy taking a break near the running streams along the surrounding forest. Make sure you are wearing good hiking footwear during your time at Bushkill Falls. You will find the trails vary in length and hiking difficulty but the rewards of the hike will be well worth it!

Bushkill Falls Hiking Trails

Great Trail Maps

At Bushkill Falls, you will find 4 hiking trails. The Green Trail which offers about a 15 minute hike to the Main Falls viewing. The drop of the Main Falls is approximately 100 feet. Here, you will find there is no climbing, however, there are steps to the falls. The Yellow Trail will bring you to both the Main Falls, Lower Gorge Falls, Laurel Glen and Upper Canyon. The Yellow Trail is an approximately 45 minute walk.

You will find the remaining two trails would are for the avid hikers. The Blue Trail is a beautiful view of Pennell Falls. This trail will take you approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to hike. The last trail is the Red Trail. Nancy and I decided to take this approximately 2 hour hike, which covered a beautiful 2 mile distance. Here, you will enjoy beautiful views of nature and all 8 falls. This is a more difficult trail and it has uneven pathways.

Upon completing your hike, you may also want to enjoy some onsite amenities and attractions. These attractions include the Mining Maze, Mining for Gemstones, Native American and wildlife exhibits. Maybe you are in the mood for some miniature golf, paddleboat rides or fishing in Twin Lakes.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
